1. Information Collection
Flogent ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a browser-based automation utility. We collect minimal information required to provide our services:
- Account Information: When you authenticate via Google, we receive your email address and basic profile info to manage your subscription.
- Usage Telemetry: Anonymous data regarding extension performance and error logs to help us maintain stealth stability.
- Automation Settings: Your local settings (like delays and prompt templates) are stored locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information solely for:
- Authenticating your access to premium automation features.
- Providing customer support and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensuring compliance with our terms and preventing abuse.
3. Data Security
We prioritize your security. All data exchanged between the extension and our authentication servers is encrypted via TLS. We do not store your passwords; authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 system.
4. Third-Party Services
Flogent interacts with third-party platforms (like Midjourney, Recraft, and Ideogram). While we provide the automation bridge, your data on those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. Flogent does not have access to your billing information on these third-party sites.
5. Google OAuth 2.0
Flogent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Your Rights
You may request the deletion of your account and associated email data at any time by contacting us. Since most extension data is stored locally, you can clear it by simply uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser cache.
